The Chamber has two types of Membership: Ordinary (Commercial) and Individual.

The Bylaws of the Town of Hunter Chamber of Commerce state:

1. In respect to Ordinary Membership:
"Qualifications: Membership shall be available to those actively engaged in conducting business and providing services within the Town of Hunter , its greater community, and those whose business depends on activities in the Town of Hunter, and to those members of the community interested in supporting the Chamber."

In respect to geographic location of Members, the Board has interpreted that definition to include those in immediately contiguous Towns which are deemed an enhancement to our Tourism sector and do not conflict directly with a member business.
 
2. In respect to Individual Membership:
“Qualifications: An Individual Membership shall be restricted to those individuals who wish to participate in Chamber activities for the betterment of our community, but shall not be involved in a commercial venture which otherwise could be a Full Member.”

All applications are subject to final approval of the Board.
